Fine Art – Fired onto Porcelain Tile – Very Durable and Long Lasting For Facades, Pools, Fountains, Patios, Landscaping, Kitchens, Baths, etc.

February 2nd, 2012 by davidwhite

Please allow me this opportunity to introduce you to a very unique process that will allow you to incorporate fine art as an integral feature in architecture and design! Consider this unique and eye-catching look as a novel alternative to other more typical facade materials.

I specialize in manufacturing custom, highly detailed fine art porcelain tile murals. I work with professional, high resolution, digital scans (captures) of artist’s work which can be scaled to virtually any size spanning across an array of tiles. Using inorganic pigments and fluxes fired at high kiln temperatures the licensed artwork is transformed into a permanent tile mural. The resultant surface is very durable and as such can be used for outdoor as well as indoor installations. For walking surfaces such as in wet locations, a fired-on slip resistant texture treatment is available.

I am seeking architects, designers, and builders with interests in using this process to transform existing fine art (paintings or otherwise) into a format suitable for outdoor settings such as facades, landscaping, pools, fountains, patios, landscaping, etc.

I look forward to hearing from all of you. Please visit my website at http://www.atileimage.com . Telephone calls and in-person visits are welcome.
